Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we begin working on your resume or cover letter immediately. Due to the personalized nature of our services, cancellations are subject to the following terms:
Before Work Begins: If you wish to cancel your order before we begin working on your documents, you may request a full cancellation and refund. Please notify us via email at support@expertresume.in as soon as possible.
- After Work Begins: Once we have started work on your project (e.g., drafting your resume or cover letter), cancellations will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued. We recommend ensuring all details are correct before placing your order.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are only available under the following conditions:
Dissatisfaction with Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the final product, we will work with you to revise the documents according to your feedback within the scope of the original request. Revisions must be requested within 3 business days after receiving the completed documents.
No Refunds After Work Begins: Once work has commenced on your order, no refund will be issued. This includes any services that are in progress or completed, such as resume writing, cover letter creation, or any other career-related services.
Incorrect or Incomplete Information: If delays in delivery are caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you, no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to ensure the information provided during the order process is complete and accurate.
3. Revisions
If you are not satisfied with the documents delivered, you may request revisions within 3 business days. Revisions are provided at no additional charge, provided they are within the original scope of work. Any new or additional requests outside the original scope of work may be subject to additional charges such as change in the complete template.
- Revisions Delivery: Revisions will be delivered within 1-2 business days depending on the complexity of the requested changes.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
